EcoTowels.com.au aims to supply quality products suitable for professional business use.

This Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds and exchanges.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

If a product has a major problem, is unsafe, is not of acceptable quality, does not match the description or is not fit for its intended purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy.

2. Change of mind

Because many EcoTowels products are hygiene-related or disposable-use products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind once products have been opened, used or handled.

Change-of-mind returns may be considered at our discretion where:

  • The product is unopened and unused
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is not a custom, special-order or clearance item
  • The return is approved by us before the product is sent back

Return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Damaged, faulty or incorrect products

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Your contact details

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, credit, refund or other suitable remedy.

4. Products that cannot be returned

Unless required by law, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened hygiene products
  • Used products
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or discontinued stock
  • Products not purchased from EcoTowels.com.au

5. Bulk and wholesale orders

Bulk and wholesale orders are purchased for professional business use. Please check product details, sizes, quantities and suitability before placing a bulk order.

Samples may be available to help businesses assess suitability before ordering in volume.

6. Refund processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

7. Return approval required

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
