EcoTowels ships to professional businesses across Australia. Delivery timeframes vary based on your location, the size of your order and your delivery cadence.

Bulk orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Repeat supply customers receive scheduled deliveries based on the cadence agreed during onboarding.

Returns of unopened, undamaged stock may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact sales@ecotowels.com.au to arrange a return. Opened packs and custom orders are not returnable.
